Goals: 

• Improve my leadership skills by attending leadership training programs in the next 18 months.
• Ensure a leadership position in the sector in which I operate, focusing on planning or continuous improvement over the next 3-5 years by gaining relevant experience and assuming additional responsibilities.
• Achieve a net profit of over 200,000 per year in year 10 through the successful launch and growth of my own business, using effective marketing strategies, efficient operations and strong customer relationships, maintaining healthy and balanced work and ensuring that the business aligns with my personal values and goals.
